WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY 3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC.


Warranty
All products purchased from 3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC. are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. In case of any issues with the purchased product, you need to contact our company with the invoice for problem resolution. The products covered by warranty should not have been damaged by the user.

Product Return Conditions

You can return the product you purchased to "3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC." at the address "Kızıltoprak Mah. 919 Sok. No: 19A Muratpaşa, Antalya" within 14 days from the day you received it. For the products to be returned, the shipping cost must be paid by the sender. Promotional items given as gifts with the product must also be returned simultaneously. Please notify us at "info@3mash.com" to ensure a smooth return process.

The conditions for product returns are as follows;

  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, goods whose prices are determined in organized markets or other markets, goods prepared according to the consumer's requests or explicitly for personal needs, periodicals, and perishable or likely to expire goods.

  • The right of withdrawal for packaged products depends on the product's packaging being unopened, undamaged, and unused.

  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, such as perishable or likely to expire goods, cannot be returned.

The process after sending the product for return is as follows;

  • After your product is received by 3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC., the packaging, accessories, and invoice will be checked. If the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping cost (in the form of the unit price of the product + VAT).

  • If the return process is approved, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 3 business days according to your preference in the return application.

  • If your return does not meet the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent to your address with cash on delivery. The condition of your product will be informed to you via email or mobile phone.

The process of refunding the approved returned product is as follows;

  • The product/products you sent will be refunded to you by 3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC. within 3 business days after the approval of the return process.

  • When the Product Price Refund process is completed, an information message will be sent to your registered email or mobile phone.

  • If the payment method is "Credit Card" and your preference is "Refund," your payment will be made online to your credit card immediately.

  • If the payment method is "Bank Transfer/EFT" or "Cash on Delivery," and your preference is "Refund," your money will be refunded to your specified IBAN account.

  • Your refund is automatically made to the credit card or bank account you used in your purchase when your refund is approved.

Conditions for Reporting Faulty and Defective Products

  • For any malfunctions/defects you experience with your product, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • After your product is received by 3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC., it is checked for packaging and accessories and sent to the Technical Support Unit for examination. Within 1 week after being received by the Technical Support Unit, the product can be replaced with a new one or refunded according to the inspection report provided by the Technical Support Unit.

  • If the product claimed to be faulty is determined by the technical team's tests and inspections to be defective as stated by the customer, the product can be replaced with a new one or refunded according to the customer's preference. All shipping costs in this case will be covered by our company.

  • If the product claimed to be faulty is determined by the technical team's tests and inspections not to be defective as stated by the customer, the product will be returned to the customer with information about operating the product. In this case, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  • Products sold as spare parts are prone to errors as they are not in a closed box but in an open circuit, so only the initial operation is guaranteed for these products.

  • The tests and inspections by the technical team will take a maximum of 1 week.

  • If a malfunction/knowledge resulting from user error is detected during the warranty period for the products covered by the warranty, no product replacement or refund will be made. In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  • If the customer cannot be reached within 3 (three) business days for information during the fault detection, the device is put into a 30-day waiting state without continuing technical work, and no action is taken regarding the device.

  • After the technical tests, if the device is ready, it must be received or the current delivery address must be notified within 3 (three) business days. Devices that are not received or have a current delivery address notification within 3 (three) business days are put into a 30-day waiting state, and no action is taken regarding the device.

  • Our company is not responsible for devices that have not been received after the 30-day waiting period has expired.

  • In memory products, our company cannot be held responsible for data loss due to the absence of backups in your system and data losses that may occur after the operations on the device.

  • Pirate, copy, and unlicensed software is not installed in our service. Our service cannot be held responsible for previously installed such software.

  • Fill out the "Product Return Form" on the site for the product you want to process.

  • After your application reaches us, it will be checked within 1 business day, and the shipping code will be sent to you by email.

Conditions for Reporting Damaged Products

  • If your received product is 'damaged' or the packaging is 'deformed,' a 'Cargo Damage Detection Report' is required. Otherwise, your 'damage notification' for the product will not be accepted.

  • We recommend that you check your product when receiving it and detect any damage that may be noticed in the presence of the courier. If you make a detection at this stage, we request you to prepare a "Damage Detection Report" for the courier and return the product with the same courier before receiving it.

  • When informed by the cargo that the product is damaged, the return process for the product will be initiated, and the "product price refund" will be made.

Conditions for Reporting Missing Product/Accessory

  • First, check the products on the invoice you received with the products in the package. Partial delivery (sending the products in the same order separately) may have been made for your order. You can check the shipping dates and product status of your orders on the 'Order Tracking' page.

  • If, after your checks, you have received a missing product, please notify us at info@3mash.com with the notification "There is a Missing Product in My Order." Necessary investigations will be quickly carried out by us, and the missing product will be sent to you.

  • In case of any missing part in the product package you purchased, you need to apply to info@3mash.com with the notification "Product Part/Accessory Missing."

  • In line with your notification, the missing part is requested from the manufacturer, and it is sent to your address within 15 business days with free shipping.

  • The invoices for your orders prepared by us are sent to you in a transparent bag on the product packages, visibly. Therefore, we recommend that you first check the package you receive. If the original invoice for the product you purchased has not reached you, it may be at your cargo branch. You can ask your cargo branch to send your invoice to you. If you request your invoice from us, a copy of your invoice will be sent to you with the stamp "as is." In your invoice requests, you must provide us with your clear address information for sending your invoice.

Conditions for Reporting Wrong Product

  • If the product you received is different from the one you ordered, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. After your application, you can return your product without paying any "shipping fee" with the 'cargo shipment code' given to you.

  • After your product is received by 3 MASH TECHNOLOGY INC., it is checked for packaging and accessories and processed for examination. If any discrepancy is not detected in the examination of the product, it can be returned according to your preference, stating that no mistake has been found in the product.
